We are proud to inform you that last week we received the title of IT Company of 2008 in the Quality Standard Award, organized by one of the most prestigious magazines in the sector, B2B Magazine. The award will take place in November.
These last two years have been distinguished by very hard work with the purpose of taking our company to a global level. We have implemented a new operational model to attend our clients in all their IT service needs. We have paved the way to offer large global corporations the most complete offshoring services.
We have invested a lot in methodology, processes and equipment, further improving the quality of the services we provide. At the same time, we have reinforced the “career company” mentality aiming at the development of high performance teams by creating a series of training programs, certifications and incentives for over 5400 of our employees (all of whom are registered, according to the labor legislation in force).
Above all, we have developed a unique culture of always having a profound commitment to our clients and their results; of fulfilling our duty on time and with quality; and always doing that something extra, aiming at distinction in the services we supply.
Slowly the market has been noticing these competitive differentials which grant us the opportunity of expanding the variety of services we offer to Brazilian and international clients.
This is proven in our organic growth: An increase of over 26% in services revenue in comparison to the same period of the first quarter of 2007, and a 35% growth in new sales (closed contracts) during the same period.
This award – as we expected – inspires us to continue to be strong in our commitment of following our path towards continuous improvement! |
